Road Trip

So we finally decided it was time to get out of the heat and head north, like any good LDS person does, we headed to the motha' land of SLC. We knew we had arrived when it was even below 60 degrees in the morning time...we left phx and it had been 112 the day we left. Life was good.

The boys especially are loving life trying on their new hoodies and jeans look...many thanks to Aunt Shan for these gems-we can't get over their grown up look with these outfits-

An added benefit of being able to have temps that are below Death Valley is that we could actually take the boys out on walks. We loaded up the stroller and were about to take off when cousin Rachel's dog Dakota just wanted to give Brig a parting goodbye and good luck on his first walk-he didn't seem to mind at all with the love Dakota showed-

Judging by Colton's reaction...i'm thinking they enjoyed themselves more than we imagined getting out to nature-
